Steven J. Kessler has been Chief Financial Officer Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Resource America, Inc. since 1997. He served as Chief financial Officer of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. from 2000 until 2004. Before joining Resource America, he was Vice President-Finance and Acquisitions at Kravco Company (a national shopping center developer and operator) from 1994 to 1997. He serves as a trustee of GMH Communities Trust, a publicly traded specialty housing Reit since 2004.

Trustee of GMH Communities Trust (a publicly-traded specialty housing real estate investment trust) since 2004.
