o Acquisitions
o Reorganizations
o Regulatory matters
He has represented financial institution buyers and sellers throughout the Midwest and Southwest.
Prior to joining Lindquist & Vennum, Steve clerked for Justices Harry MacLaughlin and Rosalie Wahl on the Minnesota Supreme Court and served as a Special Assistant Attorney General to the state of Minnesota. |
