Steven H. Goodman has more than 39 years' experience which lends him a remarkable ability to understand and handle the most difficult and complicated tax, partnership and corporate issues.

Mr. Goodman advises clients on buying and selling companies or divisions of companies, tax planning for transactions and business operations, raising capital through private placements, preparation of complex corporate contracts of all types; and other tax, corporate, pass-through entity and securities work. He also advises clients on corporate contracts and business agreements, including Subchapter S, limited and general partnerships and limited liability companies.

His clients include businesses of all sizes and non-profit entities and are in industries including, but not limited to, raw materials extraction, manufacturing, distribution and retail.
