Steve Schwerd is Vice President of the firm’s MEP and structural engineering discipline. In a career starting in 1987 in the consulting engineering field, Steve’s experiences encompass the design of retail, commercial, health care, industrial and municipal facilities. His responsibilities have included the electrical engineering lead from design concept through construction, project and client management, and leading teams as well as offices in all aspects of technical and non-technical activities. Steve possesses exceptional organizational skills, which has allowed for the effective handling of multiple projects and tasks. This ability has proven invaluable in developing engineering construction documents in the fast-paced retail environment. In addition, it enables him to manage engineers and production staff to ensure that seemingly impossible deadlines are consistently met. |
