Steven E. Frankel graduated cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2000 with a degree in economics and was named to the Dean's List. In 2004, Mr. Frankel received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. After law school, he served as a law clerk to The Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Frankel previously practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. While at Simpson Thacher, he co-authored with Jonathan K. Youngwood a chapter titled "Due Diligence as a Litigation Defense" in the Practicing Law Institute's handbook, Conducting Due Diligence 2006 |
