Mr. Wynne has served as a director of the Company since 1996. Mr. Wynne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sport Brands International an athletic brands holding company whose principal office is in New York City. Mr. Wynne was a partner in the law firm of Ater Wynne LLP the company’s outside legal counsel from January 2001 through February 2004 taking a leave of absence from April 2002 through March 2003 to serve as Acting Senior Vice President and General Counsel of FLIR Systems Inc. a publicly-traded infrared imaging company. Mr. Wynne served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eteamz.com an online community serving amateur athletics from June 2000 through its sale to The Active Network in January 2001. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of adidas America Inc. from February 1995 through March 2000. Prior to that time he was a partner at Ater Wynne LLP. Mr. Wynne received a bachelor’s degree from Willamette University and a J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law. He also serves on the Board of Directors of FLIR Systems Inc. and the Board of Directors of NewPage Corporation.
