Steven D. Henry is a Vice President with FMV Opinions, Inc. in the firm's real estate valuation group and is located in the firm's Irvine, California office. In his time at FMV, Mr. Henry has gained experience in valuing many types of real estate including industrial, retail and master-planned developments. He has also performed valuation work on special-purpose properties such as dedicated open space land and open-pit gravel mines.
Prior to joining FMV, Mr. Henry was the Director of Operations and a Project Manager for a commercial construction company where he gained experience in the commercial construction industry. This experience has served to provide valuable insight into the construction and development aspects of real estate valuation.
Prior to working in the construction industry, Mr. Henry was a licensed real estate salesperson for eight years and worked at Ashwill Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in the City of Industry, California. While at Ashwill, Mr. Henry specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and investment properties and completed in excess of 150 transactions. He also won the company's Rookie of the Year award in 1994 and was a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.
Mr. Henry received his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.
