Steven C. Good, Chairman of the Youbet.com, Inc. Audit Committee, is a senior partner of Good, Swartz, Brown & Berns, a Los Angeles accounting and business advisory firm whose predecessor company he co-founded in 1976. Mr. Good also founded CU Bancorp, a California state chartered bank where he served as Chairman from 1982 through 1992. He currently serves on the boards of directors of NASDAQ-listed companies OSI Systems, Inc., Big Dog Holdings, Inc. and California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. He also is a director of Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company and Kayne Anderson Energy Total Return Fund, Inc., both listed on the NYSE. |
