Steven C. Good (Independent Director) has served as a Director since May 2005. Since 1976, he has been the founding partner of Good Swartz Brown & Berns LLP, a 100-member accounting, auditing and business advisory firm. Mr. Good is a director of several public companies including Arden Realty, Inc., a real estate investment trust; OSI Systems, Inc., a provider of security and medical monitoring systems; Big Dogs Holdings, Inc., a retailer; and Kayne Anderson MLP Investment Company, which invests in oil-related properties.
Mr. Good was previously a partner in Freeman Morse Horowitz & Good, and he rose to the level of partner with Laventhol & Horwath, a national accounting firm. Mr. Good is a founder and past Chairman of CU Bancorp and past chairman of the Board of the non-profit Jewish Home for the Aging. Mr. Good also serves as a member of the Board for the American Friends of the Hebrew University, and as a member of the Chancellor's Circle of UCLA. |
