Steve has over 20 years of public accounting experience, specializing in the taxation of real estate transactions, partnerships, joint ventures and financial workouts. He is a national speaker on the subject of real estate taxation and is an adjunct professor at New York University, where he teaches accounting, taxation and finance in the NYU Masters in Real Estate Graduate Program.
