Steven is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, holds the Certified Valuation Analyst designation and has more than nine years of experience providing forensic accounting, complex business litigation and valuation services to counsel, corporations and individuals. Steven has extensive experience in litigation and investigatory matters including accounting records reconstruction, financial statement disclosure, quantification of damages in connection with forensic and fraud investigations, lost profit analyses, unreported income investigations, and accountant malpractice defense. He also has performed valuations of closely held businesses and business assets in litigation and non-litigation settings. Steve has written articles and presented seminars on various valuation topics and was a prior Chair of the Litigation Consulting and Business Valuation Committee of the Massachusetts Society of CPA s.
