Steven B. Sample has served as a member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company Board of Directors since 1997. He is on the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance Committee.
Sample has been President of the University of Southern California since 1991, where he is also a tenured professor in the school of engineering. Previously he served as President of the State University of New York at Buffalo from 1982 to 1991.
Sample also serves on the boards of directors for Intermec, AMCAP Fund, and American Mutual Fund.
