Mr. Sanders has served in his present position as a Director since December 1991. Since January 1 2004 he has been of counsel to the law firm of Rubin Bailin Ortoli LLP. From January 1 2001 to December 31 2003 he was counsel to the law firm of Spitzer & Feldman PC. Mr. Sanders served as a partner in the law firm of Beckman Millman & Sanders LLP from October 1997 to December 2000. |
