Steven A. Rosen, Esq., is managing partner of Franchise Consultants of America, the FranNet office covering eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware. He is an attorney who has been involved in franchising for more than 25 years. He served as General Counsel of an international automotive service franchise and has represented numerous other franchisors and franchisees. In addition, he was Vice President and General Counsel for Safeguard Business Systems, a NYSE company. Later, he became President and COO of a $100 million division of Safeguard. Before becoming involved with FranNet, Rosen was CEO of a direct marketer of computer products. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Villanova Law School, and he earned an MBA in finance and international business from Temple University. |
