Mr. Yeater joined the Power Recruiting Group after 24 years in the public and private sectors. An Air Force veteran, Steve is a graduate of the Electrical Power Production Craftsman technical school and served in various power production capacities throughout the world, including the Azores, Turkey, Korea, Alaska, and on various bases in the continental United States. After retiring from the Air Force, Steve joined Hess Microgen, LLC, where he built the service group responsible for maintaining 140kW to 1.8 MW cogeneration power plants. Hess, he brought his considerable expertise to PRG. He resides with his wife Theresa, sons James and Cody, and canine companion Dakota in Dayton, Nevada, where he also coaches youth sports.
