Steve Wilcox is a Partner within CHT in Northern California. He is the Client Engagement Partner for the at&t account, a position he has held since 1998. In this position, Steve has overall responsibility for all Accenture consulting projects and outsourcing engagements performed for at&t. He is also responsible for all alliance and go-to-market opportunities between Accenture and at&t. Steve also serves in a liaison capacity for Accenture as a customer of at&t.
Mr. Wilcox began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1980. He left the Firm in 1983 to serve as Director of Technical Services for the New York City Transit Authority. He returned in 1986 and has spent the majority of his time serving the communications industry. His engagements have focused on supply chain logistics, information technology integration, business markets and customer care operations.
Steve earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Stonehill College. He earned his M.S. in Public Management and Policy Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University.
Steve and his wife, Peg, have three sons - Daniel, Joseph and Thomas. They dedicate their time to several charities where issues of child health and welfare are concerned. Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of the East Bay. He is not only a major league baseball fan but also an active Little League manager and coach. He enjoys golf and live theater. |
