Steve Wheeler is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for Corporate University Xchange. His areas of expertise include developing and executing corporate university strategies, organizational development/change management, executive management continuity/succession planning, executive leadership/coaching, and curriculum development. Steve has over 25 years experience working with large global organizations, helping them meet business goals and execute strategies through their people. Prior to joining Corporate University Xchange, Steve was Director of Learning and Organizational Development for Sutter Health, a 40,000 employee Northern California healthcare organization. He also served as Executive Vice-President of Omega Performance Corporation, an international learning and development consulting organization focused on improving the performance of financial service organizations like Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Citibank. Steve received his B.S. from the University of Wyoming and his MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. |
