Steve has almost twenty years of multi-industry experience, including fourteen years with Accenture. He has served as a technology and enterprise operations executive for several major companies, including three years as a Fortune 500 Chief Information Officer. Steve assists clients in the assessment and re-positioning of system infrastructures, process architecture and enterprise and financial operations. He also manages Mackinac Partners’ technology operations, web services and administrative partnerships.Steve has extensive experience in financial and back-office operations, business reengineering, ERP and supply chain solutions, retail operations, technology strategy and management, and e-commerce/web services. He has led significant business and information technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, directing multi-faceted business and technology teams in the delivery of enterprise solutions, ASP businesses, shared services, and web integration. Steve has served in a leadership role in the business and financial design and delivery of several enterprise systems implementations for companies such as National Car Rental, Ryder and AutoNation. He has assisted companies in the food service, transportation, and energy industries to design and develop credit and vendor management solutions which resulted in improved operating capital.Steve has led systems delivery activities for several e-commerce ventures, including a web-based recruiting, sourcing and staffing application for a national staffing firm. He also assisted a Fortune 500 logistics company to design and develop a large asset and performance management solution which delivered improved vehicle utilization, returns and asset disposition profitability.Steve earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and is a cum laude MBA graduate of the Dwayne Andreas School of Business at Barry University. |
