Steve Waite is vice president and chief information officer with responsibility for all information management functions within Pioneer and is a member of the Pioneer Management Committee.Steve started his career at Pioneer in 1984 with the corporate controller group. During his service at Pioneer, Steve has held several leadership roles including North America Sales Services Director, Information Management Director Operations, and North America Sales and Marketing Operations Director.
During his tenure, his responsibilities have included, among others: sales planning and analysis leadership; North America product allocation activities; supply chain process improvement; application development, training and support for various Pioneer areas; and oversight for Sales and Marketing efforts in Six Sigma, ISO, and data privacy administration.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.Steve has been an active member of the Johnston Community School Foundation board of directors and has also been involved with United Way throughout his career. |
