Steve heads the appraisal education program at St. Petersburg (Florida) College. In addition, he teaches for national appraisal schools and national appraisal organizations. Co-author of the HUD National Appraiser Exam, he has written over 50 appraisal-related courses. Steve is a subject matter expert for national and state agencies, a State Certified General Appraiser, and a national Certified USPAP Instructor. A past national director of a national appraisal organization, he also is a current or past member/affiliate of all seven national appraisal organizations and carries multiple professional appraisal designations. A trainer for state, national and international lenders, Steve has also served as an expert witness for Florida. He has an education degree, has authored courses on the psychology of teaching adults, and has over 35 years of experience as a real estate broker and appraiser. |
