Steve Van Amburgh is Chief Executive Officer of Koll Development Company (KDC). He manages the firm's strategic planning and coordinates all new business development efforts. Since 1997, the company has developed over 15 million SF. In addition, Van Amburgh oversees all acquisition and development activities associated with four regional offices located throughout the United States. Since founding KDC's Dallas office in 1989, KDC has completed over twelve million square feet of corporate build-to-suit, office and industrial projects for clients such as Citigroup, Fluor, FedEx, Nortel Networks, Nokia, Intuit, Omnicom, Del Monte Foods, Haggar Clothing, Invesco, EDS and many others.
