Steve joined JMFA as the Executive Vice President of Sales in 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Steve was charged with developing the sales strategy and structure for the company including the development of training and overseeing the sales force, which realized over 300% growth from 2003 to 2006. In 2006 Steve was appointed as Executive Vice President of Business Development, with a dedicated focus to the development and distribution of new JMFA products and services. Steve is also involved in facilitating relationships with the company`s many strategic partners.
Prior to joining JMFA, Steve served as Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Director of Sales for what is now one of the world’s largest full-service placement firms. He then joined and started the Texas market of a small boutique firm specializing in the placement of attorneys and the development and deployment of legal project teams. Afterwards he was hired as Regional Manager for a national firm to start the Midwest region of its finance and accounting specialty division, quickly moving to the National Sales Manager position. And during his tenure with the firm it was recognized by INC 500 as the fastest growing privately held company in the country. Steve has published articles covering "Organizational Structuring" and "Organic Sales Growth". He earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M and resides in Houston with his family. |
