Steve Spease joined the Company in November 2006 as Vice President, Worldwide Project Management, reporting to the CEO. He has over 34 years experience in the marine and onshore oil and gas industry. His experience includes regional management, project management and construction, EPIC projects (FPSOs, pipelines and platforms), fabrication, commercial/contracts, estimating/cost control, business development, and financial planning and analysis. He has knowledge and in-country experience in Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and in the US. Prior to joining Global, he held various senior staff and project management positions with Kellogg Brown & Root, working with numerous National and International Oil Companies. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. |
