As Managing Director of Real Capital Markets, Steve Shanahan oversees the Company's Sales, Marketing and Research functions. In addition, he plays an integral part in the development and implementation of the company vision. In his 6 year tenure at RCM1, Steve has forged deep relationships within the institutional real estate community and his ability to bring the demands and ideas of these relationships into a functional and usable technology platform have helped fuel RCM1's white hot growth of 710% over the last 6 years. Steve earned a BBA degree in finance and a B.S. in psychology at University of Iowa and is an active member of ICSC, NMHC, ULI, and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of California |
