Steve Rippe, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Credit Officer.
Steve Rippe is a resident of Coronado, California and is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Credit Officer of Embarcadero Bank, as well as a director of the Bank.
Mr. Rippe has more than 27 years experience in banking. He has been the CEO and a Director of three banks: First National Bank of San Diego, Highland Federal Bank and Security Pacific Bank, Nevada. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of two banks: Nevada National Bank and Imperial Thrift and Loan. Mr. Rippe also served as an outside Director of Broadway Financial Corporation and was a member of Hot Creek Capital, LLC, an investment management firm specializing in small financial institutions. Mr. Rippe has had extensive experience in community banking with a particularly strong background in all aspects of lending. Mr. Rippe is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
