Steve has been a lifelong student of business practices and leading change. Over the last 7 years, he has concentrated on helping leaders lead their teams to get better results by clarifying strategic intent and enhancing the processes, capabilities and culture required for execution excellence.
He has over 20 years of multi-functional, multi-cultural management experience within sales, marketing, general management and finance primarily in high growth or turn-around business situations. He has had profit and loss accountability in global life sciences, chemicals, printing and transportation businesses.
As a leader, Steve has led a number of major strategic change initiatives. He attributes success to three imperatives: i.) Focusing on creating superior Customer Value, ii.) Building collaborative capabilities, and iii.) Leveraging the role of thought in clarifying, initiating and sustaining change.
