The Board of Directors for Delaware North Companies elected Stephen Nowaczyk to the position of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis in March of 2002.
Three years prior to that event, Stephen had been responsible for DNC's Financial Planning and Analysis Department, including the annual budget and planning process, business model analysis and special financial projects for the company. In his role as Vice President, Stephen continues to oversee these functions as the company focuses on new growth and expansion opportunities.
Before he joined DNC, Stephen directed the financial planning and analysis functions at Canandaigua Wine Company (a division of Constellation Brands) and was director of corporate accounting for Birds Eye Foods. Prior to his position with Birds Eye Foods, Stephen held numerous finance and accounting positions at Xerox Corporation. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick as a certified public account.
Steve earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master's degree in business administration from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. |
