Steve is responsible for the overall operations and client services functions of e-Rewards. Steve is a 25-year loyalty marketing veteran who joined the e-Rewards team early in 2003. Prior to e-Rewards, Steve served for 17 years in various leadership roles with Brierley & Partners, a leading CRM and loyalty marketing firm, and 10 years with Epsilon. He has been instrumental in the implementation of numerous loyalty programs for many well-known customers, including United Airlines, Hilton, and Hertz. Steve received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
