Mr. Meek is Co-Founder and President of The Fulcrum Group, Inc. organization. He and Vice-president David Johnson founded the network support organization with a focus on services and customer relationships.Since the 1990s, Steve has had client successes working with corporate, local government, non-profit and education clients. His engagements cover comprehensive network security, business continuity, network storage, and related technology projects. Whether providing hands-on technical services, managing a project, or writing technical materials such as System Documentation, Network Audits, or Security Assessments, he prides himself on his quality and attention to detail.In August 2004, Mr. Meek earned the impressive Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) certification. He also earned Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer status with both Windows 2000 and Windows NT 4.0 platforms, and is a Cisco Certified Design Associate, a Cisco Certified Network Associate, as well as holding several other technology related certifications. He has a B.A. in Business from Angelo State University and has spent almost twenty years in roles such as management, sales, operations, technology and project management, prior to moving into technology.Prior to The Fulcrum Group, he was the Senior VP for Complete Technology Concepts and a principal with Innovative Technology Solutions, where he was a top producer, as well as Managing Partner. He served as a Board Member on the Fort Worth Chamber Technology Council and as a Fort Worth Chamber Action Ambassador.Mr. Meek is also a current member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI's) local North Texas Infragard Chapter. InfraGard is a partnership between the FBI, local law enforcement, academia and the private sector dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the United States. |
