Steve Maxwell brings more than 20 years of experience in high technology to Kodiak Venture Partners, both as an executive search consultant and as a member of the management teams of several successful technology companies. As the Recruiting Partner, Steve is focused on helping Kodiak portfolio companies build world class management teams. Steve sits on the boards of Kodiak companies Groove Mobile, and Mindreef. Prior to joining Kodiak, Steve was President of The Onstott Group, a retained executive search firm and he spent five years in the Boston office of Russell Reynolds Associates. Before entering the executive search field, Steve ran global sales and business development at Lightbridge, and Steve was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Spectrum Interactive, a leading developer of interactive multimedia business applications. |
