Steve brings more than 20 years of technology, customer service, operations and information management experience to his role at the helm of customer support at EASi. Prior to joining EASi, Steve was Vice President, Operations for Navio Systems, Inc., a hosted software company. Earlier in his career he founded two consulting ventures in the software development and communications and IT infrastructure areas. Steve held executive positions in world wide information management systems and information services and logistics for Philips Electronics as was involved in systems engineering and sales management at Seimens/ROLM. An adept technologist, Steve has managed, implemented and/or programmed using a wide array of products, programs and tools. Steve holds a BA in Political Science from Trinity College and completed advanced course work in Engineering, Computer Science, and Psychology. |
