Steve Lake is a managing partner in CBIZ Colorado. He has extensive experience in strategic business planning, management and operations development, and joint venture structuring of real estate deals. In the past he has served as chief financial officer for technology companies from start-up through public offering and beyond, provided strategic business and tax planning for a hotel management company, including development and implementation of the business plan to grow company from a single asset management company to a diverse management company with more than 100 properties under management; redeveloper of historic properties and new construction. Mr. Lake holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, as well as a Master in Taxation degree from the University of Denver, College of Law. |
