Steve is responsible for the technical delivery and architecture vision for the European region. Prior to joining Knowledge Rules, Steve spent 8 years at Pegasystems from 1995 to 2003. During this period, Steve worked in a number of roles, including technical sales support manager and European product development manager where he established an applications development team to design and build core application components of the product suite. In addition to these roles, Steve held the position of Design Architect for customer applications where he was responsible for designing high performance, robust and testable solutions in a variety of vertical markets including, credit card, private banking, call center, and money transfer. Steve has experience in implementing solutions across multiple platforms including SUN, AIX, and Microsoft. Prior to Pegasystems, Steve spent 15 years as an engineer in the design, development, testing and support of systems and components at Tristate Technologies, TIS / Mysis, MainDec, and IDEA.Steve studied Electronics and Computer Engineering in college (Higher National Diploma). |
