Steve has over 20 years of finance, administration and general management experience. Prior to joining PDM, Steve spent the past seven years as the Chief Financial Officer for ReefEdge and OnDemand, both privately held software companies. While in those roles he was responsible for all aspects of finance and administration, including equity and debt placements, M&A, investor relations, strategic planning and analysis, legal and all administrative functions including HR, IT and facilities. Before this he was the Controller at Rebis and held positions of Controller and General Manager at Westec Security. Steve began his career at Ernst and Young. Steve holds an MBA from UCLA, a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois, as well as being a CPA. At PDM, Steve is responsible for the Finance and Human Resource functions of the company. |
