Steve joined NorthMarq in 2006. His responsibilities include production and asset management.
Steve has over 20-years of commercial real estate experience. During this career he has served as a director, manager and / or personal producer in many facets of the industry including leasing, sales, asset management, corporate real estate services, technology and marketing. He has been a frequent speaker on real estate and related topics and earned an NAIOP award for marketing literature. He has served in production and executive level positions with notable firms including BCED, Brookfield, and ING Americas / ReliaStar.
Steve has been a member of various professional organization including NAIOP and BOMA and has attended countless seminars sponsored by real estate organizations on many industry topics. He holds a Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s License.
A native of the Washington D.C. area, Steve resides in Minneapolis with his wife and five children. He enjoys coaching youth sports and has served on several local boards and worked with many local charities particularly those serving children. |
