Steven A. Hollis is responsible for all company legal matters. Since 1980, Steve has practiced corporate and technology law in Dallas, Texas. He was a partner in a large Texas firm until 1997, when he resigned to have greater freedom to participate as a principal in technology ventures. Steve was closely involved with members of the jNetX management team when he represented ITI in its transactions with Pacific Telesis and Tandem Computers, and in subsequent venture. Steve has represented a number of technology companies in corporate, financing, licensing, acquisition, and disposition transactions, as well as in litigation strategy. |
