Mr. Henn was President and founder of Cognistar, a leading provider of online continuing education to lawyers. Before founding Cognistar, Mr. Henn was Vice President and CFO of MangoSoft Corporation, a developer of advanced networking software, and has held executive positions at Accent Color Sciences, Inc., CompuDyne Corporation, and Corcap, Inc., where he served on the Board of Directors until 1994. Mr. Henn is also an attorney, admitted to the Connecticut and Federal bars, specializing in corporate and securities law. Mr. Henn has been an advisor to several Internet-related companies and is a past member of the Massachusetts Department of Education Advisory Council on Global Education.
