Mr. Hamm brings ImageWare more than 20 years of financial and business management experience. He is a retired PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) national partner-in-charge and was instrumental in growing the Audit Business Advisory Services (ABAS) Middle Market practice where he was responsible for $300 million in revenue and more than 100 partners.
Prior to ABAS, Mr. Hamm held numerous managing partner positions with PwC where he was responsible for all lines of service; the successful integration of Coopers & Lybrand and PwC offices in Orange County, Ca.; and the successful management of the Los Angeles region, leading it to become one of the top operating regions in the firm. Mr. Hamm currently holds Board positions with Chromavision, a publicly-traded Cancer Diagnostic Company and Aspen Holdings, a privately-held Workers Compensation Insurance Firm. |
