Steve started at Crest in 1981 as an inside salesman after completing an extensive training program. He later went into outside sales and ultimately became the VP of the entire sales team. Now with over 25 years in the biz, he continues to lead the team, driven by creativity and a love of meeting new people. Steve is originally from the Bay Area, but has called Southern California home for decades. He graduated from Arizona State and was briefly a coach (as a kid, his dream job) after trying out for the NFL. He has three children, loves exercise and sports - golf in particular. Steve is a strong believer in the team. He's particularly excited about the steps currently in place to make the group even better. Steve's favorite part of the business?
