Steve has an extensive track record of over twenty years of financial and enterprise management. Almost half of this experience was gained in international positions in the United Kingdom, India and Indonesia. He is well versed in the technology industry market and has acted as CFO for a variety of technology start-up companies. Steve's experience includes serving as CFO at Ernst and Young Consulting in India. EYC was one of the earliest multi-national companies to introduce the concept of outsourcing personnel, call center and business process outsourcing to the country. He was also Division CFO for Bank of America technology group in San Francisco, where he was responsible for over $400 million in systems projects, and CFO of Bank of America's International Private Banking Division with assets under management of $30 billion. Steve has a BS in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Middlesex University in London, England. |
