Mr. Guillaume joined Syngistix in April 2001 and is responsible for the company's application strategy, technical architecture, product development and operations. Prior to Syngistix, Mr. Guillaume was Chief Executive Officer of TSI Resources, Inc., a consulting company serving Fortune 500 distribution and manufacturing organizations that he co-founded in 1996. Prior to founding TSI Resources, he held leadership roles in information technology with a number of distribution companies, including Corporate Express where he served as the Director of Corporate Financial Solutions and was responsible for the design and implementation of financial systems strategies as well as day-to-day information system operations and support. While at Corporate Express, he formulated a number of strategic relationships with technology providers such as PeopleSoft, Hewlett-Packard Company and Merant. Mr. Guillaume graduated from University of Minnesota UMD with a major in communications.
