Steve Grodsky, "GRODSKY" as he is affectionately known throughout the industry, is a living legend in the New York City Construction arena. Steve has dedicated his entire career to changing the New York Skyline. Steve had spent 35 years with Gotham Construction, as a Senior Vice President of Construction, prior to joining R &L Construction. His strengths lie in Project definition and development of overall delivery strategy, selection of architects and engineers, budget development and cost tracking, multi-project planning and logistics coordination, development and implementation of a contractor quality assurance program. He has developed design standards and guidelines, and implemented management information and reporting systems. Steve has built over 40 high-rise and mid-rise projects throughout his career. His puritan work ethic, coupled with a tenacious mind set management has made Steve perhaps the most prolific Construction Manager in New York City. His track record clearly speaks for itself. Mr. Grodsky has been a guest "professor" at New York University Graduate School of Construction Management for many years. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association. Steve is a welcome asset to the R & L Construction team with its sights set on continuing success in Construction Management. |
