Steve Goden was named Senior Vice President of Administration in February 2008. Mr. Goden joined Cohesant (CuraFlo’s parent company) in March 2005, to significantly improve the organization’s Information Technology systems capabilities and develop its formal strategic planning process. He also was a key member of Cohesant’s business development team that successfully completed the acquisition of CuraFlo in August 2005 and Triton Insitutech in September 2006. Prior to Cohesant, Mr. Goden served as IT Controller for Cole National Corporation from 2001-2005, and as Vice President of Finance & Administration for NewMedia from 1998-2000. He previously served as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of Premier Travel Partners from 1991-1997. Mr. Goden spent the first ten years of his business career at Progressive Corporation, where from 1980-1990 he held a variety of management positions. |
