Steve Fein is the Benefits Outsourcing Sales, Market, and Product Strategy Leader for Hewitt Associates. Steve is responsible for defining Hewitt's go-to-market growth strategy for the benefits outsourcing business and leading the product development and sales organizations. Steve started his career at Hewitt, holding various positions including National Practice Leader for Flexible Benefits Consulting.
Before re-joining Hewitt, Steve demonstrated his extensive industry expertise in a number of management roles, most recently as executive vice president of strategy and sales for Mercer's benefits outsourcing business. He also served as a member of Mercer Human Resource Outsourcing's executive committee. While at Towers Perrin, Steve helped drive significant revenue growth for the firm's HR transformation and technology consulting group as a Global Managing Director. He also oversaw the purchase and integration of two technology acquisitions, as well as serving on the Towers Perrin Board of Directors.
Steve holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
