Steve Estrada, i2 senior vice president, Global Services Operations (GSO), manages i2’s services business on a number of fronts. Areas of concentration for i2 GSO include the company’s Global Services Center to focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and service capacity; i2 Education Services to focus on solutions training and certification; Global Customer Solutions Management to focus on customer support and Business Content Library management; and development of i2’s Center of Supply Chain Operations Management, to focus on new delivery methods such as Knowledge Process Outsourcing and managed services.
Estrada has been with i2 since 1998 and has served in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president of i2’s Consumer Industries group. In that role, he was responsible for all aspects related to i2’s Consumer Industries customers, including industry marketing, sales, pre-sales, services and support. He was also responsible for optimizing business performance and margins while maintaining i2’s focus on customer service.
Prior to his work with the Consumer Industries team, Estrada was responsible for i2’s Americas Services, tackling the overall customer satisfaction and revenue of the region as well as managing i2’s Strategic Services, Implementation, Education, Outsourcing And Development Services Groups. During his tenure at i2, Estrada has also served as the vice president of Consumer Goods and Retail. In that role he was responsible for the sales, delivery and customer satisfaction of the group, as well as for supporting global accounts through the development of solution templates, industry expertise and technical support. His responsibilities have also included other leadership roles within i2’s consulting group.
Prior to joining i2, Estrada was senior manager of Supply Chain Strategy at Ernst & Young LLP. He helped build and manage a supply chain consulting and systems integration practice serving the consumer products and retail industries. He also served in various consulting roles within the organization’s supply chain practice. He also spent more than five years at Procter & Gamble in various roles in sales and manufacturing.
Estrada received his bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing and operations management from the University of Texas at Austin. |
