Steve Douglas has over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles in the IT staffing and consulting industry. Originally from Washington DC, Steve moved to Atlanta in 1993 to help a regional based IT staffing company, Vistech, establish a presence in the market. After this company was acquired by a series of companies, Steve moved into managing and growing branch operations for companies such as Spherion and CDI Business Solutions. At Spherion Steve was responsible for the Infrastructure Solutions Group which provided Help Desk, Networking, and Data Center outsourcing support to a variety of F500 companies in the area. He then moved on to the Branch Manager role for CDI Business Solutions, which included managing their Atlanta market of over 200 consultants. Steve joined Kinetix in June, 2006 to help provide the direction and lead the growth of their IT Practice.

Outside of work, Steve lives in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta and enjoys golf and boating in his spare time. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from James Madison University in Virginia.
