Steve Chunias is a seasoned finance professional, with 20 years experience running accounting and information systems. He also has extensive experience in developing financing relationships, pricing models, and financial budgeting. In addition to public accounting experience at Price Waterhouse Coopers, Steve started, built and sold a very profitable computer graphics and Internet-based software business to a public company, before joining LogicBay. Steve has been involved with M&A activity for over 15 years and has completed 5 acquisitions and 1 business sale. At LogicBay, Steve is responsible for financing activities, budgeting, accounting functions, developing partner programs, and managing our firm’s revenue recognition, internal controls, and benefit and insurance programs. |
