Steve Bragonier has over 20 years experience providing strong financial management to Silicon Valley high tech companies. For the last three years, Steve has had his own financial consulting practice assisting high tech companies establish proper financial controls and measurements, implement effective financial planning and raising capital. Previously, Steve worked as CFO at Neoteris which was acquired by Netscreen for $300M. He has also held CFO positions at Flashpoint and Siros. Steve spent a majority of his career with Silicon Graphics and assisted in its growth from a pre public startup to a large multi national corporation with revenues of over $4 billion. During Steve’s tenure at SGI he held a variety of positions including Corporate Controller, Group Controller and Director of International Finance located in Switzerland. Steve started his career with Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Bragonier holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
