Steve Boyko is President of Global Market Thoughtware, Inc., an international consulting firm providing services for capital markets in transition economies. He has over twenty-five years of financial experience in a broad range of industries. He has taught managerial finance at American University and formulated securities regulatory policy for the National Association of Securities Dealers ("NASD"). Mr. Boyko has established procedures for brokerage operations and implemented marketing programs for retail, institutional, and corporate clients. He has written and lectured extensively on small-to-medium enterprise funding and development.
