With over 19 years of entrepreneurial, operating and venture experience, Steve is well-positioned to steward IMMI’s success. Currently a General Partner at Advanced Technology Ventures (atvcapital.com), a bi-coastal venture capital firm with more than $1.4 billion in capital under management, Steve focuses on investments in the software, internet and infrastructure markets. During his 10 years at ATV, Steve has led investments in numerous successfully acquired companies. He founded and served as CEO of Worldview Systems, a venture-backed start-up noted for creating and launching Travelocity, the award-winning travel site, through a joint venture with Sabre Interactive. Steve also held executive positions in sales, marketing and general management with Covalent Systems, a venture-backed computer systems vendor focused on the graphic arts industry. During his tenure, Covalent grew from pre-revenue to over $20M in revenues. His career originated in Booz, Allen & Hamilton’s San Francisco and London offices, where he focused on strategy engagements for a variety of technology companies in the U.S. and Europe. Steve holds an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Harvard University. |
